Swavay is an independent Atlanta hip hop artist and former Def Jam signee known for his cohesional production, melodic versatility, and relatable, unapologetic storytelling.
His accolades include going on tour with Wale & JID, working with Grammy-winning producers like Jermaine Dupri, Metro Boomin & James Blake, and self-producing his first independent releases, BILLY 2 and NO DELUXE.
I consider his debut album, ALMETHA’S SON, as his magnum opus. The album received so much praise that critics had crowned him as “The Atlanta Kendrick Lamar,” with some even comparing his album to Lamar’s sophomore debut good kid, m.A.A.d city.

Coach Tev isn’t your regular artist—he’s lethal, braggadocious, entrepreneurial, motivational, and intentional. He’s like Method Man of Irving, Texas. He’s the Kendrick Lamar of Larry Junes. The Baby Keem of Curren$ies.
All of this is showcased throughout his 2019 EP, COTY (Coach of the Year). October 12th, 2024 marked the official celebration for COTY’s 5-Year Anniversary, and the show—along with everything leading up to it—was groundbreaking.
Leading up to the show, Coach Tev brought in a brand new rollout for his EP. From the self-recorded interviews in black & white to his Kobe Bryant & Kanye West commercial remake with Dallas mogul, Meka Jackson, Tev seriously made this project feel brand new and refreshing.
Somehow, by forming a brand new story for COTY, he was able to make a five-year-old extended play feel like a brand new album that came out in 2024.
With a bachelor’s degree in film, the mind behind Nicely Done Productions (his own multimedia company), a knack for directing his own visuals, and a God-given ability to rap like the rent is due, Coach Tev embodies the grind, the growth, and genius of true artistry.
La Reezy is an independent hip hop artist from New Orleans, Louisiana.
At only 21 years old, dropped an album with Grammy-winning musician PJ Morton (originally Maroon 5’s keyboardist), gone on tour with UK sensation Little Simz, cosigned by Kendrick Lamar at the BET Awards, and even performed at Tyler, the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Festival in 2025.
After dropping three albums this year alone (and self-producing all of them), La Reezy has the potential to lead the new generation of hip hop music. I had the opportunity to interview him at the House of Blues in Dallas to talk about his success and where he plans to take it.
Jazlyn “Jazzy” Guera (professionally known as Jazzys World TV), is a broadcast journalist and multimedia personality who is known for her headline grabbing interviews with high-level celebrities and musicians.
Since the age of 9, she’s been conducting interviews with many high profile artists, actors, and politicians such as Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Alicia Keys, Denzel Washington, Tom Holland, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, JAY-Z, and even former VP Kamala Harris.
With over 3 million followers across all platforms, she is undoubtedly one of the youngest and most successful journalists of the 21st century.
At the Rolling Loud Miami music festival in 2023, I actually had the privilege of securing an interview with Jazzy via her management and my own press credentials. Although the interview was brief, she left me with some of the most valuable advice I could’ve ever gotten from a younger individual.
